At Winkette Creations, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date, we will do our best to make sure you are happy with our resolution.
Refunds, if applicable, can only be made to the original payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The shipping charge, shipping insurance, product protection, tip, discounted items, and product purchased through store credit are not applicable for a refund.
We provide the option to exchange items instead of issuing refunds, considering the availability and price of the product. This exchange is possible as long as the replacement item holds a similar or lower value.
Product/s delivered in good condition
- If an order arrives in good condition and on time but the customer wishes to return the product for any reason, please reach out to email@example.com
- We charge a flat rate of USD$9.95 handling and payment processor fee for each returned unit.
Broken Or Damaged Product Policy
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or broken, we will only send replacements for the damaged/broken product. Please email us a picture of the damaged product with the order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. Replacements will be shipped to the original shipping address as per the order.
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, you have 12 hours to do so after placing an order. Contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Any approved cancellation requests will be charged a flat rate of USD$4.95/unit to cover payment processors' transaction fees.
Personalized Products - Return Policy
We do not accept returns for orders with specific personalizations such as names, dates, sign-offs, messages, and any custom-made products.
However, we can offer you store credit in the form of a discount equivalent to 50% of the product value.
Customer Error Policy
Items can not be returned due to customer error, so please be sure to make all customizations are 100% correct before submitting your order. However, we will do whatever we can to make you happy.
