The teddy bear turned out really nice and soft, and the message on the canvas looks clear and meaningful in person. It feels well made and made a special gift. Shipping took a little patience, but the final product was worth it.

I hesitate to buy something like this online because I have been burned too many times with poor quality products. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! The quality is great, and I especially appreciate the wording on the plaque. It expresses my heart and my love of my granddaughter perfectly. I was amazed at how quickly I received my order. The bear is so soft but there was a very strange odor coming from the card that comes with the bear but after several days that has almost disappeared. All in all I have had a good experience ordering from you.
