To add more value to your online shopping, our shipping charge is fixed at $5.95 USD for the US/Canada, UK/EU, and $8.95 USD for delivery to all other countries. Some countries may charge you for duties and taxes depending on your location and the amount or size of your order. In such case, you are responsible for all duties and taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.
Fulfillment and Delivery
Most orders will be processed for shipment within 2-3 working days once your payment is confirmed. Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays (09:00 am - 05:00 pm US Eastern Time) except for US public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The estimated delivery time is from 2 to 7 working days for deliveries within the USA, Canada: 7-12 working days, UK & Europe: 5-12 working days, and other countries may take between 7-14 working days.
For Home Decor - Metal Wall Art - Steel Signs - Framed Prints, please allow 7-10 working days from the time an order is placed to be delivered. In rare instances, there may be a delay in the time frame of shipping due to unforeseen imperfections in pieces. In these instances, we will do our best to communicate the delay. We currently DO NOT ship Metal Wall Art and Steel Signs outside the USA except in Canada. Any issues receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the order. Once 2 days have passed since the receipt of the item, we will no longer issue replacements or refunds.
Availability of Goods
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your available order. We will ship you the rest of your order when that item becomes available.
Typically, orders do get delivered in 2 - 3 working days within USA and 5-14 working days outside the USA. However, your package may be delayed by long holidays, bad weather conditions, Customs processing (if outside the USA), and other unavoidable circumstances. Should your package not show up beyond the estimated delivery period, please email us at email@example.com.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our support team and provide a clear picture of the item for our review. Once approved, we will process a replacement only. We offer 30 days warranty from the date of purchase for damaged, defective, or incorrect item/s received.
Winkette Creations will not be held responsible for any delays or loss of goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
Winkette Creations does not cover items that are lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as Delivered by the carrier. Customer should get a shipping insurance (Package Protection Plus) to have their package protected from lost and stolen goods.

Filing a claim is easy, just contact our support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the issue. Once accepted, we'll send you a replacement only. Claims filed after 30 days from the ship-out date will not be accepted.
Shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
